Grow Tip Cultivate well drained soil before planting. Tip prune regularly. Apply half strength fertiliser during spring. Thyme does not like wet feet. Plant in well drained soil.

Uses Add to a range of savoury meat and vegetable dishes, such as soups, stews, stuffing's and omelettes. Use dried leaves in potpourri.
