Chinese cabbage 'Red' is a tender, sweet tasting cabbage with barrel-shaped heads. It has a dense heart and tightly wrapped, crisp, red leaves with a white mid-rib. It can be kept for several weeks when refrigerated. A good source of vitamins and minerals and is known to have anti-inflammatory properties.
