Garlic 'Purple' is a strong growing variety with large bulbs and cloves that have a milder taste and odour than the white variety. The purple colour is produced by the antioxidant pigment anthocyanin which provides many health benefits. Garlic 'Purple' is rich in Vitamin C, B6 and Iodine, and it's antiviral and antibacterial properties help ease the symptoms of cold and flu.
