Capsicums are a fantastic source of vitamins and minerals. Long Sweet Yellow produces masses of tapered lime-green fruit, maturing to golden yellow. California Wonder has large, sweet, bell-shaped fruit maturing from dark green to red. The high yielding Sweet Red has long green fruit, maturing to purple then dark red. Use in salads, Asian and Mediterranean dishes.
