Sage

Salvia officinalis

Sage is an ever-green woody perennial with a pungent flavour that combines well with poultry, veal and fish. It is also excellent for soups, stews and stuffing, especially with sausages. Great in all kinds of salads, as well as in herbal teas. Sage is suitable for garden beds or medium-large pots.
