Dill is a popular annual herb that is grown for its seeds and feathery leaves. Dill can grow quite tall and may require support. Use fresh or dried dill to add flavour to tomato-based fish and vegetable dishes, salads, batters, breads and pickles. To capture the seeds, dry flower heads in a paper bag.
